First class service from ordering to delivery well done Hoover

Excellent service. Lovely product, good value for money and works really well. Not too complicated which I love

Ordered the hoover around 2 pm one day and it was delivered for free the next day at 0930 Terrific service

Unfortunately I had to cancel my order as it was for someone else who changed her mind. The Customer Services representative was so very helpful and reassuring snd a return and refund were arranged with no problem.

The Hoover had addressed most of the problems encountered with previous models.
The website ordering was easy to navigate and it arrived next day.

I like the lightness of the vacuum but the suction is a little disappointing

Kept in touch with delivery time etc. well. The deliver driver broke the box, and I was a bit unsure if everything was delivered. I think he tried to pick it up from the bottom and didn’t see the hand-hold holes in the side of the box.

Fairly easy to understand instructions. A bit tricky getting the parts to separate. It is sturdy, perfect height so no bending over and perfect for a quick once-over or really getting down to a serious clean
The cleaner is fantastic and works brilliantly. I have a very furry cat and all her fluff is picked up, along with bits of cat litter and food pellets.
A friend came to stay and remarked how much better the carpets looked

I ordered from hoover and then changed my mind. They were brilliant and collected my return free of charge. Highly recommend them.

we have never ordered anything much in the electrical line before and so the experience we had with hoover
has been first class ,no complaints at all. If we need to order on line again with hoover we will not think twice about it. very impressed with the service.

Ordered the Hoover Upright Pet Vacuum Cleaner, Red - Upright 300 × 1 and came within few days of order that was placed on weekend. The hoover my mum said is good, just doesn't have as much suction on carpet as a dyson or shark so will take a few up down motions to get stubborn dirt off carpet. But still good enough for the price £95.20 and 3 year warranty. My mum is happy with the hoover. She is impressed with the weight as its leightweight. The main issue she unhappy with is that the main pipe for cleaning side of carpets the hose is metal pipe so not adjustable to height as my mum is short person 5'4" and its not long enough for her to reach ceiling without a step ladder. The pet attachment is good.

We were kept informed at every stage.
The Hoover arrived the next day, at the promised time, as well as free delivery.
Couldn’t ask for more!

Not happy with Hoover candy, ordered Hoover breeze evil vacuum 8 of January arrived on the 10th of January, Assembled vacuum as instructed , but two parts were missing the extension tube and long crevice tool, rang 0344995599 service, told them the problem they said they will send the parts, also sent email to candy on 12 Jan, nothing has happened,1Feb rang 03444995599 told them the situation, after some discussion they told me I'd left it too late, as there is nothing they can do, IF THAT'S THE CASE I WILL SEND THE VACUUM BACK

I bought a cordless vacuum reference: 39400918 - H-Free 100 Cordless Vacuum Cleaner, Pets

I have a dog and this hoover is apparently recommended for pet’s owner.

I am very disappointed as I first needed to ask an extra battery because the autonomy is very short. Unfortunately, the second one they sent is not better at all.

The effectiveness and power of this hoover is ridiculously poor. It does not take crumbs on the floor unless you come back 3-4 times on it. It does not hoover properly and I am not sure it has been tested in a « normal » every day life.

I ordered the wrong Hoover and the company couldn't have been more helpful to organsie the return, free of charge.

Redelivery of the correct item was fast and painless too.

I would recommend them without hesitation.
